As of this morning I was 197. A .6 loss since Friday. Although not exactly what I wanted to see slow and steady wins the race, right? Friday is usually my larger loss day so let's hope.
I just feel I have been doing well on my eating and definitely on my exercise. I am still eating a lot of frozen entrees because i want to get my calorie count under control before I start branching out on my eating. Is this what is holding me back? I know not drinking enough water is part of it!
A typical day:
Breakfast: Smart one breakfast sandwich
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Smart one or lean cuisine
Snack: Carrots
Dinner: Huge salad with grilled chicken
Snack/Treat: Strawberries
I have to remember, progress not perfection.

I'd definitely make a conscious effort with water. If you're eating the frozen meals you're eating a shit ton of salt so drink like 2x more water than normal aha.
Yay for a loss. Getting portions under control is half of the battle. Keep it up!
